Managing Director

TADA! is seeking a full time Managing Director with a particular focus on contributed and earned income. TADA! is a not-for-profit youth theater producing original musicals for family audiences and providing musical theater and acting classes for children ages 4 -17.  Primary responsibilities of the Managing Director will be to:

• Oversee and maintain day-to-day administrative operations
• Create, develop and implement comprehensive funding program
• Oversee marketing, long-range planning, public and city relations
• Create budgets with Business Manager and Artistic Director
• Supervise 9 full-time and 4 part-time staff members

Requirements: exceptional organizational, interpersonal, writing,and research skills; significant fundraising experience; computer proficiency; prior experience in NYC non-profit or government organization.
