And now for the boring policies and details...
- TADA! musicals are approximately one hour long and are intended for family audiences.
- TADA!'s intimate theater puts every seat in full view of the stage.
- While we will do our very best to accommodate any seating requests and needs, TADA! absolutely cannot guarantee any seat locations for any performance. Seats are assigned at the sole discretion of our Box Office Management shortly before each performance, and those locations can change without notice to accommodate patrons with special needs. Premium ticket holders are offered priority when it comes to placement and special requests.
- Unclaimed tickets are released five minutes prior to curtain.
- TADA! Theater is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines and is able to accomodate standard-sized wheelchairs. Please specify wheelchair seating upon booking your reservation with our Box Office Manager at 212-252-1619 x 128 and notify us if you have any questions about other special needs. We're eager to help!
- TADA! show ticket purchases are non-refundable. If possible we will exchange your ticket for another show time of the same production, given at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
- We must have a valid credit card in order to hold a guaranteed ticket for another patron or alternate form of payment at the box office. The original card will be charged for full price if the patron does not arrive and the ticket is not cancelled within 48 hours of the performance time.

See three shows, take three classes or camps, and get one FREE show ticket! Please ask the Box Office Manager and/or the Education staff to initial your membership card.
- Cards will only be marked for shows or classes that occurred after January 1, 2009.
- Shows will only be marked once per visit to TADA!.
- Free tickets are subject to availability and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.
- Cards may be initialed by a TADA! staff member only, upon purchase of a full-priced ticket and completion of a fully paid class or camp.
- Cards are non-transferrable.
- TADA! reserves the right to confirm completion of any card with records in our database, and deny free ticket without explanation.
- Certain classes or performances may be excluded from this promotion without notice.
- Promotion may be cancelled at any time without notice.
