TADA! FINANCIAL ASSITANCE LETTER

Dear Financial Aid Applicant:

Thank you for considering TADA!. We believe that every student should have the opportunity to participate in musical theater and acting programs regardless of financial status. Thus TADA! provides nearly 40% of our students with some form of financial assistance. All of our financial aid is need-based. Please note that you must fill out the form completely to be considered for financial aid. All information provided is confidential.

Fill out a separate form for each child. However you only need to complete the financial information on one of the children's forms.

IMPORTANT

All applications must be received two weeks prior to the start of the semester and should include the following materials:

• The Financial Aid Application filled out completely
• Official documentation of Public Assistance, if applicable
• Attachments of your most recent tax filing form and/or W2 form
